Our Equipment
Balance Within features the full range of equipment designed by Joseph Pilates.
The major system pieces are spring-based and includes the Universal Reformer, the Cadillac,
several versions of the low chair, and wunda chair.
All the accessory pieces are available as well: the Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Ped-o-pol,
arcs, foot corrector, bean bag, and specialized mats for the mat (floor) exercises.
The work at Balance Within utilizes all equipment pieces, as appropriate to each body, to experience the full
effect of the Pilates method.
