Studio History

Balance Within Pilates Studio opened in February 1995 in downtown Redmond, WA. In the beginning there was only a teacher and a half. Within five months, there were two full-time teachers and a new space, which expanded twice. The teacher training program started in 1997. March of 2005, our ten year anniversary, saw the relocation of the studio to a stand-alone space in downtown Redmond, where we are currently located.
