Policies

Expiration of Pre-Paid Packages

Private and semi-private lessons have a 6-month expiration from date of purchase. Mat and reformer classes have a 3-month expiration from date of purchase.

Cancellation

All sessions are scheduled by appointment. 24-hours notice is required for cancellation; less than 24-hours and you will be expected to pay for your lesson. If you have a standing appointment, inconsistent attendance will result in the loss of that time slot regardless of 24-hours notice. Your lessons are 55-minutes in length from scheduled appointment time. If you are late, you will be charged for the entire lesson and will receive the remainder of your lesson only.

Inclement Weather

In case of inclement weather we generally follow the closures of the Lake Washington School District, but it is best to check our voicemail message, which will be updated at 6.30am, for detailed information. We prefer that you err on the side of safety, and if you feel that you can not safely make it to the studio, please give us a call to cancel. You will not be charged for the missed appointment.

Refunds

If refunded, unused balances of packages can be refunded or transferred before the expiration date. The unused portion will convert to a single class rate for each class used and the balance will be refunded.
