Inclement Weather
In case of inclement weather, we follow the closures of the Lake Washington School District. We also update our voicemail message around 6.30am to include more information about closures or opening times. If you need to cancel an appointment due to icy conditions, we will not charge you for the appointment. Have a safe winter!

Introductory Mat Classes

On Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9am we are now offering introductory mat classes. No previous Pilates experience required! Our small class size (2-6 students) will ensure that you receive the attention you need to learn proper technique and get the best results possible!
